Maserati as a brand needs no introduction as their cars have been extremely
popular with the rich and the famous. Wealthy motorists covet Maserati since
there is a sense of exclusiveness associated with the brand. One look at the
iconic Maserati grille along with the signature trident wheels and you know
that  extreme care has been taken when it comes to their car aesthetics.
There is no denying that the sumptuous interiors, the sophisticated
engineering, the stellar performance and a six-figure price tag all
contribute to the mystique that is Maserati. Hence it is impossible not to
bask in the magnificence of a Maserati.

Maserati came into being on December 1, 1914,  and was the brainchild
of the Maserati brothers, Alfieri, Bindo, Carlo, Ettore, and Ernesto.
In the year 1999, Ferrari took full control of the brand and was able to recreate
its old magic. However currently it has been merged with Alfa Romeo under
Fiat Auto. While Maserati  may have had  a tumultuous financial history, no one
can doubt its legendary craftsmanship. The automobile company's  triumphant
return can also be credited to the magnificent GranTurismo which is nothing
short of a masterpiece.

If you thought that the standard GranTurismo was a design revelation, wait
till you lay your eyes on the limited-edition Maserati GranTurismo S MC
Sport Line with Matt White "ice" finishing. The "MC Sport Line" is all about
speed and style and hence it's no coincidence that the designers opted for
carbon fiber. The limited models boast of carbon fiber door mirrors, carbon
finish door handles, black alloy wheels, black exhaust pipes,  and even
aluminum racing pedals!

The limited-edition series was first unveiled at the Marina Circuit in Abu
Dhabi, which is appropriate given that the Middle East is often the
playground of the rich and famous. What makes the GranTurismo S MC Sport
Line even more exclusive is the fact that only twelve of these will be
produced for the Middle East market! Wait, it gets better. Each GranTurismo
S MC Sport Line model will have a dedicated showroom where each car will
have a plaque with the name of the city to which it is committed.

If you are part of the Millionaire or better still, Billionaire Club,
chances are you've already hit the streets in a super sexy luxurious car.
Aston Martins, BMWs, Ferraris may be a favorite among the  wealthy,
however it is the name Maserati that evokes an emotional response in
a car connoisseur.

A Maserati is not only exotic, and luxurious but extremely
practical too.
